In our specialist markets we offer the complete spectrum of recruitment solutions, staffed by experienced and fully trained professionals. Our four divisions are:
- Interim workers – Ortolan can provide interim staff for engagements lasting from as short as a single week to many months. We will always endeavour to find and place people with exactly the right level of experience and training to fill the vacancy.
- Contract staff – Where individuals or teams are needed for fixed term assignments we will identify the right individuals at a realistic cost and – perhaps as importantly – who are demonstrably reliable and available to suit our clients’ needs.
- Permanent staff – Our permanent placement division specialises in placing candidates at all levels. We offer a flexible service to accommodate the requirements of our clients and we tailor that service to deliver exactly what the client wants. Where necessary, we not only advertise positions and provide details of suitable candidates, we also provide an extensive menu of additional services to aid the recruitment process including the running of assessment centres and assistance with interviews.
- Executive search – This specialist division offers a discreet and highly tailored senior executive identification and placement service. Our consultants (all of whom have held senior management positions) work with clients to develop a detailed role specification and we fill these positions by identifying potential candidates from both within and outside the industry in question. For executives looking to take the next step along their career path, Ortolan provides advice, guidance and the opportunity to be considered for positions, many of which are not being marketed publicly.
