We do business differently from most of our competitors. For Ortolan, the engagement is not over once a candidate has been placed. As part of our service, we follow up to ensure the placement is working as expected. We obtain feedback from all our candidates (not just those who have been successful) and from our clients and we use this to continually refine and improve our service.
