Driven by demand from our clients, Ortolan has been designing and delivering assessment centres for some time now. It is a natural adjunct to our recruitment and other personnel support services and we believe it is a specialism where we can combine the virtues of our high quality and extremely client-centric approach with the considerable experience of our team. Using CIPD qualified professionals working alongside assessors who have genuine hands on experience of managing large businesses and divisions, we are able to offer a genuine insight into the commercial needs of our clients and provide them with a cost-effective and highly relevant solution.
We offer a complete range of assessment centre design and delivery services, from competency matrix design through assessor training, exercise design and the provision of psychometric testing. We naturally score and report back to our clients on each participant. Even if an organisation has no prior experience of using assessment centres, we can design and manage the whole process from scratch using either our own established procedures and assessment tools, or by creating entirely new and organisationally relevant systems and exercises.
