There are some areas where we will decline to provide advice (as we expect any in house lawyer would!). These include specialist areas such as tax, litigation, conveyancing and M&A. In cases such as this we are happy to assist by recommending external firms or counsel with the appropriate capability and, if needed, managing their service provision
