Our people mostly base themselves from home although some prefer to work out of our offices from time to time. You must be prepared to travel to our clients when necessary, but our use of technology enables much of our work to be done remotely. We are open to candidates who wish to work full or part-time as we recognise that there are capable, organised and highly experienced lawyers out there who simply don’t want to work five full days a week.

A client following is not essential, unlike many of our competitors. We are committed to providing a genuinely flexible working environment in order to attract the best possible staff.
